  1. Purpose
    This policy outlines our commitment to preventing bribery and corruption in all business dealings and relationships, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  2. Scope
    This policy applies to all Malkraine employees, directors, officers, consultants, contractors, trainees, interns, agents, and any third parties associated with Malkraine, both within and outside Malaysia.
  3. Definitions
    • Bribery: Offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting something of value to influence a business outcome improperly.
    • Corruption: Abuse of entrusted power for private gain.
  4. Policy Statements
    • All forms of bribery and corruption are strictly prohibited.
    • Employees and associated persons must not engage in any activity that could be perceived as corrupt or unethical.
    • Gifts, hospitality, or expenses must not be offered or accepted to influence business decisions.
    • Political contributions, charitable donations, or sponsorships must not be used to conceal bribery.
    • Accurate records and documentation must be maintained for all transactions.
  5. Responsibilities
    • Management: Ensure the implementation and enforcement of this policy.
    • Employees: Understand and comply with this policy, attending training sessions as required.
    • Third Parties: Adhere to this policy when acting on behalf of Malkraine.

  7. Compliance and Monitoring
